Before your trip a personal itinerary will be made up to include all your chosen properties and any others we feel suitable to your requirements. Also a list of documents and payments that will be needed here for property transaction.

If you do decide to buy a property from us during your trip you will then be guided through the whole procedure by our staff at all stages.

When a purchase is made through our company than no charge will be made to you for this trip making the trip free. ( see terms & conditions )

If you decide not to purchase then a charge of £ 150 / approx € 185 per person for London Flights and £ 200 / approx € 250 per person for Manchester flights will be made and will need to be paid before your departure.

  - Hotel is an bed and breakfast basis only, so all extras including drinks, bar bills need to be settled by yourselves before check out.
